We had heard great things about Down Hall Hotel from some of our pals, so we decided to check it our for ourselves and we were not disappointed

The stay got off to a great start for the humans with this delicious afternoon tea.

Time to check out our room.

It was spacious and comfortable. The design was stylish and we had beds, bowls and treats waiting for us. Our room was on the ground floor with doors leading on to a terrace overlooking the grounds.

The grounds at Down Hall are huge so there's plenty of places to walk and sniff and some even a giant chess set if you fancy a game.

Being cute is tiring!

We joined the humans for dinner in the Fox Bar where they enjoyed some tasty food.

It was a beautiful day so we enjoyed watching the sunset with a couple of cocktails.

The next morning we returned to the Fox Bar where breakfast was served and of course there were sausages for us.

We decided to check out nearby Bishop's Stortford where we found Eat17.

This is a dog friendly indoor street food market with a selection of cuisines available and a Spa store where you can buy food and drink to takeaway.
