Daycare and grooming in the heart of London

London's West End is famous for being host to thousands of visitors every day who come to watch humans prancing about on a stage. Now dogs can get a taste of the celeb life at West End Tails, where every pooch is treated like an A-lister.

I made friends the resident dog Isla and regular Alfie and we hung out in the luxurious den where no surface is off limits to dogs. (by the way non gingers are also welcome).

The den is currently decked out for the festive season but every day at West End Tails is like Christmas as there are toys everywhere to play with and always treats on hand.

The human said I was looking shaggy so I paid a visit to resident groomer George who got me looking like a show dog again.

I've only ever been groomed by my human before so it was kind of a big deal for us to trust another groomer, but just like all the other staff, George was incredibly kind and patient. He even appreciated my kisses!

West End Tails is the brain child of Susan and Jack who met 3 years ago whilst competing at Tough Mudder. Jack - a West End performer himself, and many of his peers found it difficult to find daycare for their beloved pooches that would suit their crazy working hours. So West End Tails was born and it's clear to see, they were both born to work with dogs.

I felt right at home at West End Tails so they will definitely be seeing more of me! The humans are already planning their next theatre trip and I've reserved a cuddle on the sofa with Jack and Isla.
