Summer is here and the weather is back to just warm instead of nuclear hot so we doggies can start to enjoy some outdoor activities with our humans.

Here are some more ideas from us of fun things to do in and around London this Summer.

Take in the views and watch a movie at Bussey Rooftop Bar

Rooftop Film Club have nightly showings throughout the Summer on the roof of the Bussey Building in Peckham and dogs are welcome to join their humans. Watch classics such as The Goonies and Pulp Fiction or new releases Bullet Train and Maverick.

Two legged foodies can relax in the deckchairs with Pizza from Share a Slice and cocktails from the bar.

Where: Roof A, Bussey Building, 133 Rye Ln, London SE15 4ST

Experience the splendour of a Tuscan Villa (without leaving London)

Villa di Gegganio in Chiswick is based on the original Tuscan villa and vineyard which is still in the family with a pretty outdoor terrace (partly covered) and matching interior decor.

Two legged foodies can enjoy freshly prepared dishes such as Wild Boar pappardelle and grilled monkfish. Every dish is packed with flavour and beautifully presented. They also have an extensive wine cellar.

All four legged foodies are welcome and the restaurant is spacious and cool, there is also a comfortable lounge with sofas where you can relax with your humans over a coffee.

Where: 66-68 Chiswick High Rd., Chiswick, London W4 1SY

Spend the Day at an English Vineyard

If wine is your thing, there is plenty to choose from at the stunning Quob Park Estate!

Dogs are adored here. You will be greeted by resident dog Pogo and you can join your humans in the restaurant, on wine tasting workshops and tours of the vineyard. Even if you're not into wine, it's a beautiful setting for a lazy lunch.

The vineyard and restaurant is open to all but we highly recommend becoming a member so you get access to member-only discounts and invites to special events.

Where: Titchfield Ln, Wickham, Fareham PO17 5PG

Get some Perfect Pooch Photos at Artful Dog Studio

No doubt your phone is full of photos of your pooch (ours definitely is) but a studio portrait is something you can hang on your wall and a lifelong reminder of your most loyal companion.

The Artful Dog Studio is located in the grounds of Waverley Abbey in leafy Surrey and after an hour of posing for one of their friendly photographers, you can take a scenic walk by the pond while your photos are prepared. You will then get to view all the photos and choose which ones you want to take home.

It's a really fun way to spend a few hours with a countryside walk thrown in and some perfect photos to keep.

Where: Waverley Farm, Waverley Lane, Farnham GU9 8EP

Admire the river with a Thames Path Walk

The Thames has always played a major part in London's rich history and offers us a great way to see some of the city's main landmarks.

You can walk for miles on either bank of the river and there are plenty of places to stop off for refreshments along the way including our favourites Peggy Jean Green in Richmond, The Ram in Kingston, Emilia's Crafted Pasta in St.Katherine's Dock and Brewdog Tower Hill.

If you get tired pooches can travel for free on the river by Uber Boat or over it on the Emirates Cable Car

Say Aloha from Hawaii (without the 20 hour flight)

The Pacific island of Hawaii is too far away for our little legs to travel so thank dog for El Ta'koy which is just a short commute to Covent Garden.

The restaurant is situated in the basement of 3 Henrietta Street, a townhouse in Covent Garden which shares the space with 3 other restaurants and also has a covered space by the Market Building opposite.

Four legged foodies are welcome inside and out but you will need to bring your own water and treats as this one is more of a treat for your humans.

Two legged foodies will be transported to the land of rainbows with dishes inspired by Hawaiian street food such as Tuna Poke, Shrimp Lumpia and Seabass Ceviche. All accompanied by cocktails from the Tiki Bar.

Where: 3 Henrietta St, London WC2E 8LU

We hope you have some happy adventures this Summer. Don't forget to tag us in your photos @the4leggedfoodies for a share!
